As mentioned in the Projects History section, the SECI Project Groups were established as working groups in the framework of the various SECI projects, undertaken in the four priority areas (infrastructure, energy, private-sector development and environment). The Project Groups represented gatherings of experts in the specific filed of interest, from each SECI country, who were dealing with the technical implementation of the selected projects.
